Extreme Weather Cancellation Policy

New Life Fine Arts reserves the right to cancel performances due to extreme weather or other unforeseeable occurrences. In such cases ticket orders will be fully refunded or may be exchanged for alternate performances. Since availability may be limited New Life Fine Arts reserves the right to designate which performances may be made available for rescheduling. Customers will be contacted by us should a cancellation occur.

If your original performance is cancelled, you may assist us in expediting this process by emailing tickets@newlifefinearts.org or by calling (877)746-9755 to notify us of your wish to be refunded or your preferred rescheduling date and performance time. It is essential that you inform us of both the time and date of your preferred rescheduled performance and we will do our best to accommodate all of our customers.

More detailed information and instructions about cancellations and rescheduling will be made available on our website should there be an occurrence.

Ticket orders will not be refunded unless New Life Fine Arts officially cancels a performance.
